Orders are packed Monday - Friday between 9am-2pm.
Any orders placed before 2pm weekday will be dispatched same day.

Domestic (AUS):
All domestic parcels are shipped with Australia Post.
Free Express Shipping on all orders over $149 AUD.
International shipping:
All international parcels are shipped with DHL Express.
Free Express International shipping on all orders over $250 AUD
For orders under $250 AUD shipping price may vary depending on the weight of the shipment and country destination.ย

For all Click & Collect orders our team will send an email fromย orders@browed.com.auย to notify you when your order is ready for pick up.
We are open 9:30am-4pm Monday - Friday.

Returns & Refunds
Product Purchases:
We willย offer an exchange or refund on any item you've purchased from Browed within 14 days from the date you received your parcel.ย
All returned itemsย must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories.

Once your return isย received and approved, we will send you an email and process a refund or store credit.
Refunds may only be processed to the payment method the original transaction was paid with.
The shipping costs associated with the return of an itemย are the responsibilities of the customer.
All shipping costs paid for your order are non-refundable. Inย theย eventย you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
