Who we are looking for?

ROLE: CASUAL WAREHOUSE TEAM MEMBER

•15–20+ hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours for the right candidate
•Potential to transition into a Part-Time role
•Availability during peak periods is essential (April, August, and November)

Key Responsibilities

•Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders to a high standard
•Creating shipping labels for orders
•Packing and preparing pick up orders accurately and on time
•Receiving, checking, and unpacking stock deliveries
•Assisting with regular stocktakes and inventory control
•Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse space
•Working collaboratively and confidently within the Browed Store team
•Being comfortable appearing in and being filmed for content, including Reels, Stories, and TikTok videos
•Demonstrating excellent time management and organisational skills
•Taking initiative and showing a willingness to grow with the business, with clear career progression opportunities available

Requirements

•Previous experience within the beauty industry is highly regarded
•A positive, proactive, and reliable attitude
•Experience with Shopify or a similar warehouse/order management system is advantage but not essential
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•Physically active and capable of safely lifting, carrying, and moving stock as required
•Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
•Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
