Free Express Shipping on all orders over $149 AUD. 

For Orders Under $149 AUD

• Standard Shipping: $9.99
• Express Shipping: $12.99 - (Please note - Bulky, Oversized Items may be required to send via Standard Postage).

Orders are packed Monday - Friday between 9am-2pm.

Any orders placed before 2pm weekday will be dispatched same day.

Once your order has been finalised you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please keep up to date with your tracking number provided as once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we are unable to track each individual order.

All domestic parcels can be shipped with Australia Post.

Bulky Items: Some larger items such as heaters, bulk wax and bulk spatulas may be sent via standard shipping due to their size and weight.

What happens if my parcel is sent back? 

If your parcel has been returned to us and you would like it re-sent or refunded, please email us on manager@browed.com.au. We will only be able to re-send or refund your parcel once it arrives back to our warehouse. Our team will send you an email to notify you when your parcel arrives to our warehouse. 

Please note for parcels to be re-sent there will be shipping payment fee required.
