Can I return something I purchased?

We will offer an exchange or refund on any item you've purchased from BROWED within 14 days from the date you received your parcel. All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories.

Once your return is received and approved, we will send you a notification and process a refund.

Refunds may only be processed to the payment method the original transaction was paid with.

If a product is advertised as expiring, at the time of purchase, the sale is considered final. By purchasing these items, the customer acknowledges the condition of the product and accepts that it is not eligible for a return or refund on the basis of expiry or unexpected condition.

Please note that this applies only to products that were clearly advertised as expired prior to purchase. If you receive a product that was unexpectedly expired, you are entitled to a return or refund under our standard policy.

Are there return costs?

The shipping costs associated with the return of an item are the responsibilities of the customer.

All shipping costs paid for your order are non-refundable. In the event you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

What should I do if the item arrived damaged or there are missing items?

All orders leave our warehouse in brand new undamaged condition. If your item arrives damaged or is missing items, please send us an email on manager@browed.com.au within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Please include a photo of your invoice and photo of the items received along with a description if your parcel has arrived damaged or is missing items.
