Terms and Conditions of Your Order

Domestic Orders: (Australia Wide) 

Tracking your order: 

  • Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. 
  • Please use this number to track your parcel's progress. 

Receiving your order: 

  • If you are not home to receive your order, Australia Post may take your your package to a local post office if there is no safe space for your package to be left. 
  • Most post offices have a 2 week collection time. If your package is not picked up in that time, it will be sent back to us. In this case, we will contact you to organise a redelivery. 
  • We suggest shipping to a parcel locker if you are unsure that your package can be left at the premises. 

International Orders: 

Tracking your order: 

  • Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. 
  • Please use this number to track your parcel's progress.
  • Your order can be tracked by DHL Express website using your tracking number. 

Receiving your order: 

  • Your order may be subject to customs clearance regulations. Please check with your local government regulations to find out if our products may be shipped to your country. 
  • Please note, international customers are responsible for any import taxes. 

Parcel returned to sender:

  • If your parcel has been returned to us and you would like for your order to be re-sent or refunded, please email us on manager@browed.com.au. 
  • We will send you an email to notify you as soon as your parcel has arrived to our warehouse. 
  • We will only be able to re-send or refund your order once your parcel arrives back to our warehouse. 
  • Please note for parcels to be re-sent there will be a shipping fee payment required.
