1. Shipping & Tracking
Orders are packed Monday - Friday between 9am-2pm.
Any orders placed before 2pm weekday will be dispatched same day.
Once your order has been finalised you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please keep up to date with your tracking number provided as once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we are unable to track each individual order.
Domestic (AUS):
All domestic parcels are shipped with Australia Post.
Free Express Shipping on all orders over $149 AUD.
International shipping:
All international parcels are shipped with DHL Express.
Free Express International shipping on all orders over $250 AUD
For orders under $250 AUD shipping price may vary depending on the weight of the shipment and country destination.

2. Returns & Refunds
Product Purchases:
We will offer an exchange or refund on any item you've purchased from Browed within 14 days from the date you received your parcel.
All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories.
Please send us a message at orders@browed.com.au if you would like to organise a return.
Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email and process a refund or store credit.
Refunds may only be processed to the payment method the original transaction was paid with.
The shipping costs associated with the return of an item are the responsibilities of the customer.
All shipping costs paid for your order are non-refundable. In the event you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The InLei® MICHELANGELO brush has been specially designed for a precise product application for different eyebrow treatments like brow lamination, brow henna or tinting treatments.
- Oblique cut tip: extra-fine and wear resistant tip with extremely soft and elastic synthetic bristles
- The ultra-fine bristles pick up just the right amountof the tint or henna for perfect and easy application
- Allows to apply the product on the eyebrows and skin in clear and well-defined lines
- The specific length of the bristles allow to reach every hair of any length, perfectly wrapping the dye product around each and single hair, reaching even the deepest hairs, close to the skin
- Double-coloured synthetic bristles designed in a way not to absorb too much of the product in between the brush bristles, extending the life of the brush and saving product
- Lightweight and comfortable handle
