The innovative formula of InLei Lash Filler 3 penetrates through the lash cuticle and lives inside of the cortex for the entire lash cycle - not just coating the lashes once and washing off. In the cortex, Lash Filler 3 provides essential hydration for the promotion of natural lash growth.
