Orders are packed Monday - Friday between 9am-2pm.
Any orders placed before 2pm weekday will be dispatched same day.
Once your order has been finalised you will receive an email with your tracking number.

2. Returns & Refunds

Product Purchases:

We will offer an exchange or refund on any item you've purchased from Browed within 14 days from the date you received your parcel. 

All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories.

Please send us a message at orders@browed.com.au if you would like to organise a return. 

Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email and process a refund or store credit.

Refunds may only be processed to the payment method the original transaction was paid with.

The shipping costs associated with the return of an item are the responsibilities of the customer.

All shipping costs paid for your order are non-refundable. In the event you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Professional film wax is designed for the effective removal of unwanted facial hair. 

Due to its low melting temperature, the wax does not cause discomfort and does not harm the skin. 

Suitable for all delicate skin types (especially sensitive and delicate) as well as all hair types (coarse, medium thickness, fine). 

The wax is quick to solidify. 

The elastic consistency of the wax ensures comfort during its application to the relief zones of the face. 

The wax can be applied and removed in various directions, regardless of the direction of growth. 

If necessary, waxing can be repeated 2-3 times. 

Tips for waxing:

  • Heat wax to 39-39 °C
  • Use Pre-Wax Refreshing Lotion before waxing
  • Use After Wax Repair Serum for skincare and redness reduction 
  • Apply After Wax Protection Mask to narrow the pores after waxing
