Moulin Rouge is a cool, deep cherry shade from the Anna Taranko Alcoholic Set. It adds depth and contrast, making it ideal for more defined lip work.

Best used with a light, superficial application, except when building intensity in specific areas.
Suitable for:

• creating ombre effects
• adding depth closer to the mucous membrane after applying a LIPS series colour
• use on its own for a deeper result
