1. Shipping & Tracking
Orders are packed Monday - Friday between 9am-2pm.
Any orders placed before 2pm weekday will be dispatched same day.
Once your order has been finalised you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please keep up to date with your tracking number provided as once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we are unable to track each individual order.
Domestic (AUS):
All domestic parcels are shipped with Australia Post.
Free Express Shipping on all orders over $149 AUD.
International shipping:
All international parcels are shipped with DHL Express.
Free Express International shipping on all orders over $250 AUD
For orders under $250 AUD shipping price may vary depending on the weight of the shipment and country destination.

2. Returns & Refunds
Product Purchases:
We will offer an exchange or refund on any item you've purchased from Browed within 14 days from the date you received your parcel.
All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories.
Please send us a message at orders@browed.com.au if you would like to organise a return.
Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email and process a refund or store credit.
Refunds may only be processed to the payment method the original transaction was paid with.
The shipping costs associated with the return of an item are the responsibilities of the customer.
All shipping costs paid for your order are non-refundable. In the event you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Vitamin Brow Oil contains natural ingredients such as jojoba oil, avocado oil and vitamin E to nourish and hydrate brows, keeping them soft and shiny. Additionally, the oil helps prolong the life of the henna/tint coloru, leaving brows looking more beautiful and defined for longer.
This product is enriched with a blend of natural oils such as almond oil, castor oil, Crambe Abyssinica oil, linseed oil, argan oil, jojoba oil, avocado oil and sunflower oil. In addition, it also contains vitamins A, E and C, coconut oil extract of shikakai fruit and tamarind to protect and hydrate the eyebrows.
Thanks to its delicate formula, VITAMIN BROW OIL can be used on all types of eyebrows, keeping them healthy, strong and bright.
Furthermore, it has a sweet and vanilla fragrance, with intense fruity hints of strawberry and cream, which will make you feel immediately at ease.
