Microbeau products come with a manufacturer's repair warranty. If something goes wrong with your machine, it will need to be shipped to the US for repair. Because this is a manufacturer's warranty, the warranty will be the same regardless of where you purchase the machine.

It is important to note that Microbeau offers a 12 month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. Please contact Microbeau directly with matters relating to discussing, fixing or replacing a broken machine by emailing service [at] fkirons [dot] com. As most problems can be resolved by email, without sending your machine anywhere, just give a detailed explanation of your machine issue and the service department should respond within 24 hours.

We recommend to complete professional training prior to using professional use only products.
Shipping & Tracking
Orders are packed Monday - Friday between 9am-2pm.
Any orders placed before 2pm weekday will be dispatched same day.
Once your order has been finalised you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please keep up to date with your tracking number provided as once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we are unable to track each individual order.
Domestic (AUS):
All domestic parcels are shipped with Australia Post.
Free Express Shipping on all orders over $149 AUD.
Bulky Items: Some larger items such as heaters, bulk wax and bulk spatulas may be sent via standard shipping due to their size and weight.
Free Express International Shipping on all orders over $250 AUD.
*Please note when selecting Free Express International Shipping, the shipping courier will be selected based on your location and shipment weight.
If you wish to have DHL as your preferred shipping courier, please select DHL SHIPPING option on the shipping options at checkout, please note this could include a shipping fee.
All orders under $250 AUD.
For orders under $250 AUD shipping price may vary depending on the weight of the shipment and country destination.

For all Click & Collect orders our team will send an email from orders@browed.com.au to notify you when your order is ready for pick up.

Returns & Refunds
Product Purchases:
We will offer an exchange or refund on any item you've purchased from Browed within 14 days from the date you received your parcel.
All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories.
Please send us a message at orders@browed.com.au if you would like to organise a return.
Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email and process a refund or store credit.
Refunds may only be processed to the payment method the original transaction was paid with.
The shipping costs associated with the return of an item are the responsibilities of the customer.
All shipping costs paid for your order are non-refundable. In the event you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
