1. Shipping & Tracking
Orders are packed Monday - Friday between 9am-2pm.
Any orders placed before 2pm weekday will be dispatched same day.
Once your order has been finalised you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please keep up to date with your tracking number provided as once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we are unable to track each individual order.
Domestic (AUS):
All domestic parcels are shipped with Australia Post.
Free Express Shipping on all orders over $149 AUD.
International shipping:
All international parcels are shipped with DHL Express.
Free Express International shipping on all orders over $250 AUD
For orders under $250 AUD shipping price may vary depending on the weight of the shipment and country destination.

2. Returns & Refunds
Product Purchases:
We will offer an exchange or refund on any item you've purchased from Browed within 14 days from the date you received your parcel.
All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories.
Please send us a message at orders@browed.com.au if you would like to organise a return.
Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email and process a refund or store credit.
Refunds may only be processed to the payment method the original transaction was paid with.
The shipping costs associated with the return of an item are the responsibilities of the customer.
All shipping costs paid for your order are non-refundable. In the event you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Digital Product Purchases:
By purchasing and downloading a digital product, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this refund policy, understanding the product is non-refundable.

Specially designed unique palette will be your amazing helper in lash lift procedure. It will save you 15 min of each treatment, 4 times less glue use and 2 times less dye and oxidant use.
The palette has 5 sections:
1 - to dispense Step 1 (exact amount needed for 1 application)
2 - to dispense Step 2 (exact amount needed for 1 application)
3 - to dispense Lash Adhesive (due to unique shape of the section, the adhesive glue will not be drying up for up to 1 hour)
4 - to dispense water (great to keep next to the glue to prevent fast drying)
5- - to dispense tint + oxidant (no more product wastage)
Palette is made out of high quality soft silicone.
Directions: After each use immediately clean with warm water and soap followed by alcohol wash to complete the sanitization.
