1. Shipping & Tracking
Orders are packed Monday - Friday between 9am-2pm.
Any orders placed before 2pm weekday will be dispatched same day.
Once your order has been finalised you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please keep up to date with your tracking number provided as once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we are unable to track each individual order.
Domestic (AUS):
All domestic parcels are shipped with Australia Post.
Free Express Shipping on all orders over $149 AUD.
International shipping:
All international parcels are shipped with DHL Express.
Free Express International shipping on all orders over $250 AUD
For orders under $250 AUD shipping price may vary depending on the weight of the shipment and country destination.

2. Returns & Refunds
Product Purchases:
We will offer an exchange or refund on any item you've purchased from Browed within 14 days from the date you received your parcel.
All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories.
Please send us a message at orders@browed.com.au if you would like to organise a return.
Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email and process a refund or store credit.
Refunds may only be processed to the payment method the original transaction was paid with.
The shipping costs associated with the return of an item are the responsibilities of the customer.
All shipping costs paid for your order are non-refundable. In the event you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Digital Product Purchases:
By purchasing and downloading a digital product, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this refund policy, understanding the product is non-refundable.

Lift Lockers are unique silicone strips designed with a fashioned contour and curvature to cover, envelope and hug onto the lashes while they are wrapped around your rods or shields.
They are made of soft and supple silicone that is flexible and moldable enough that the wrap is seamless without disrupting lashes or the lotions.
Ultra-Secure: Designed with state-of-the-art locking curvature to shape to the lash wrap without disruption and in a manner that’s complimentary to our brilliantly designed and globally loved Flex Rods and Flex Shields. These are also complimentary to other rods and shields on the market due to their flexi-soft silicone.
Tree Tab Grip Efficiency: Optimised for easy placement, attachment and removal steps, our tree tab (it wouldn’t be Elleebana without our signature tree logo) gives a grip space to release the locker with gloved hands or tweezers with ease and without disrupting your flawless lash wrap.
Customisable: Choose from an array of colors for your steps to suit your needs; however, here’s our guide on our favorite method:

“ORANGE” lift lockers used while the lifting lotions are processing.

We then switch to “CLEAR” lift lockers while the setting lotion is processing – this allows an easy visual for any crossed over lashes during the ever important and extremely relevant phase of the setting process. Having that clear visual gives purposeful guide to ensure your lashes are locked in the “right” place.

And finally, our “BLACK” lift lockers are going to ensure your tint stains aren’t an eye sore on your social pages. We have really thought of everything here.
Durable & Long-Lasting: Made from the best materials to ensure longevity and reliability as long as cleaning methods are followed. The same cleaning methods are required for the Lift Lockers as what you might use for your silicone Flex Rods or Flex Shields.
