1. Shipping & Tracking
Orders are packed Monday - Friday between 9am-2pm.
Any orders placed before 2pm weekday will be dispatched same day.
Once your order has been finalised you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please keep up to date with your tracking number provided as once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we are unable to track each individual order.
Domestic (AUS):
All domestic parcels are shipped with Australia Post.
Free Express Shipping on all orders over $149 AUD.
International shipping:
All international parcels are shipped with DHL Express.
Free Express International shipping on all orders over $250 AUD
For orders under $250 AUD shipping price may vary depending on the weight of the shipment and country destination.

2. Returns & Refunds
Product Purchases:
We will offer an exchange or refund on any item you've purchased from Browed within 14 days from the date you received your parcel.
All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories.
Please send us a message at orders@browed.com.au if you would like to organise a return.
Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email and process a refund or store credit.
Refunds may only be processed to the payment method the original transaction was paid with.
The shipping costs associated with the return of an item are the responsibilities of the customer.
All shipping costs paid for your order are non-refundable. In the event you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Mix 1:
- Natural pink, cool, light, soft shade.
- Suitable for correcting depigmented lips and blurred
- contours. Unobtrusive, gives the natural tone more lush.
- A very popular color with young female clients.
Mix 2:
- Naturally pink, neutral, light, universal nude shade.
- Suitable for all lips except for darker shades.
- One of the most popular shades in the palette.
- The shade is versatile and can be used in pastel
compositions (#2+#10) as well as in contrast-rich
combinations (#2+#5. or #2+#11).
Mix 3:
- Pink and peachy, warm and the lightest shade in the palette.
- A soft fresh pink is perfect for light young lips, it is natural, emphasises the freshness of the face, and the tenderness of the light skin tone.
Mix 4:
- Coral, warm, medium saturated shade.
- Has a high aesthetic value because of its brassy brightness.
- Color of maximalism, lightness and self-expression.
- Perfect for adding lushness to the lips and correcting the cold
sub-tone. - Combines well with #2 and #10.
Mix 5:
- This is a red-pink, berry, neutral, medium-bodied shade.
- This shade can be used for a lush, bright shade on a light
couloured lips, as well as for a natural shade on darker
coloured lips. - One of the most popular mixes.
- Tempting, romantic and bright.
- Combined with #2 gives a trendy "kissed lips" effect.
Mix 6:
- A honey-caramel, warm brown, natural light shade.
- Used to soften a naturally cool lip tone.
- Looks more golden and contrasting on light-
coloured skin. - It has a softer, more neutral look on darker skin.
Mix 7:
- Wine pink, a cool, deep saturated shade, the darkest and most passionate shade in the palette.
- We recommend to use it in its pure form to overlap old tattoo with a lot of white titanium dioxide, as well as to intensify and darken any color in the palette.
- Use with caution on lips with cold sub-tones
Mix 8:
- A red-orange, sun-warm, saturated shade.
- Excellent for correcting dark lips with a cold anatomic sub-tone. Recommended for use as a pure lip pigment as well as by adding it to any pigment to enhance its brightness.
Mix 9:
- A dark pink, cool, noble and subtle saturated shade.
- Rich and luxurious it is suitable for warm lips in its pure form.
- When combined with the pigments #2 or # 10 discloses its expression.
Mix 10:
- A beige pink, light, warm dusty shade.
- Perfect for creating natural lip color.
- Transforms and adjusts to any shade, making a pastel harmony.
Mix 11:
- A peachy, rich, bright pink, cool shade.
- Looks very expressive on all kinds of lips.
- Its intensity and balance change depending on the intensity of the shade.
- A passionate color for blondes and expressive color for
darker shaded brunettes.
Mix 12:
- A naturally cool, truly feminine shade.
- Suitable for light and medium-saturated lips.
- This subtly expressive shade is much in demand by craftsmen.
- Its elegant notes reveal themselves either on their own or when mixed with other, more vibrant colors in the palette.
Mix 13:
- Classic red/garnet/ruby
- Perfect for use in both its pure form and to add a red note to another colour.
