1. Shipping & Tracking
Orders are packed Monday - Friday between 9am-2pm.
Any orders placed before 2pm weekday will be dispatched same day.
Once your order has been finalised you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please keep up to date with your tracking number provided as once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we are unable to track each individual order.
Domestic (AUS):
All domestic parcels are shipped with Australia Post.
Free Express Shipping on all orders over $149 AUD.
International shipping:
All international parcels are shipped with DHL Express.
Free Express International shipping on all orders over $250 AUD
For orders under $250 AUD shipping price may vary depending on the weight of the shipment and country destination.

2. Returns & Refunds
Product Purchases:
We will offer an exchange or refund on any item you've purchased from Browed within 14 days from the date you received your parcel.
All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories.
Please send us a message at orders@browed.com.au if you would like to organise a return.
Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email and process a refund or store credit.
Refunds may only be processed to the payment method the original transaction was paid with.
The shipping costs associated with the return of an item are the responsibilities of the customer.
All shipping costs paid for your order are non-refundable. In the event you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Serum 1 - CLEAR, Serum 2, Cera Healer
Serum 1:
Serum 1 is the solution used for the FIRST part of the eyebrow and eyelash flexing procedure. The product softens the hair cuticle, opens the cuticle scales and penetrates deeply into the hairs. Due to the combination of two different relaxing agents and two different alkalising agents, the serum remodels quickly and efficiently disulphide bonds in the hairs, thus reducing the procedure time. The nourishing keratin- and collagen-based complex protects the hairs from dehydration and fragility as well as retains moisture inside them.
This kit includes CLEAR version of Step 1.
Serum 2:
Serum 2 is the solution used for the SECOND part of the eyebrow and eyelash flexing procedure. The ideal formulation of the product ensures the maximum interaction with Serum 1, facilitates fixation of the newly-formed bonds in the hairs and provides the expected result. The conditioning complex on the base of polymers and argan oil, combined with hydrolysed collagen, ensures the ultimate protection of the hairs.
Serum 3 Cera Healer is developed for the third (final) stage of the eyebrow and eyelash flexing procedure.
The combination of Linolenic Acid, Panthenol, Ceramide NP, and Olive Oil efficiently restores hair structure and natural pH.
How Serum 3 Cera Healer works:
- Provides deep nourishment and hydration to the eyebrow and eyelash hairs due to a combination of linolenic acid, panthenol, ceramide NP and olive oil;
- helps to restore the hair's natural pH;
- provides hair with shine and elasticity
- fixes the form;
- effectively protects hair against aggressive effects from external factors.
The product has a pH between 4.0 and 5.5.
