Orders are packed Monday - Friday between 9am-2pm.
Any orders placed before 2pm weekday will be dispatched same day.
Once your order has been finalised you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please keep up to date with your tracking number provided as once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we are unable to track each individual order.

All domestic parcels are shipped with Australia Post.
Free Express Shipping on all orders over $149 AUD.
International shipping:
All international parcels are shipped with DHL Express.
Free Express International shipping on all orders over $250 AUD

2. Returns & Refunds
Product Purchases:
We will offer an exchange or refund on any item you've purchased from Browed within 14 days from the date you received your parcel.
All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories.
Please send us a message at orders@browed.com.au if you would like to organise a return.
Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email and process a refund or store credit.
Refunds may only be processed to the payment method the original transaction was paid with.
The shipping costs associated with the return of an item are the responsibilities of the customer.
All shipping costs paid for your order are non-refundable. In the event you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Serum 1, Serum 2, Multivitor + Argan Oil Skin Protector

Serum 1:
Serum 1 is the solution used for the FIRST part of the eyebrow and eyelash flexing procedure. The product softens the hair cuticle, opens the cuticle scales and penetrates deeply into the hairs. Due to the combination of two different relaxing agents and two different alkalising agents, the serum remodels quickly and efficiently disulphide bonds in the hairs, thus reducing the procedure time. The nourishing keratin- and collagen-based complex protects the hairs from dehydration and fragility as well as retains moisture inside them.
Serum 2:
Serum 2 is the solution used for the SECOND part of the eyebrow and eyelash flexing procedure. The ideal formulation of the product ensures the maximum interaction with Serum 1, facilitates fixation of the newly-formed bonds in the hairs and provides the expected result. The conditioning complex on the base of polymers and argan oil, combined with hydrolysed collagen, ensures the ultimate protection of the hairs.
Multivitor/Step 3:
Multivitor is the solution used for the THIRD (final) part of the eyebrow and eyelash flexing procedure. The patented component MULTIVIT SHUTTLE, combined with soybean and wheat plant components as well as betaine, keratin and protective polymers, provide efficient regeneration of the hairs and their natural pH level.
ÉLAN Argan Oil Skin Protector:
Protects the hairs and the skin from the chemical influence.
Argan oil contains unsaturated fatty acids (80%) which protect the hairs from the oxidative processes and ensure the main protective functions. Shottenol and α-Spinasterol stimulate cell regeneration. Castor oil which is one of the ingredients, prevents the skin from dryness and protects it from UV-rays.
How to use:
Apply Argan Oil Skin Protector by ТМ ELAN professional line on the eyebrows and the skin around the eyebrows before using Step 1 and Step 2 in order to protect the skin from the chemical influence and dehydration.
Apply Argan Oil Skin Protector by ТМ ELAN professional line on the lower and upper eyelids in order to prevent the tint from staining the skin.
It is recommended to use Argan Oil Skin Protector by TM ELAN professional line as a home eyebrow and eyelash care. You can also retail this product to your clients as aftercare.
