1. Shipping & Tracking
Orders are packed Monday - Friday between 9am-2pm.
Any orders placed before 2pm weekday will be dispatched same day.
Once your order has been finalised you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please keep up to date with your tracking number provided as once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we are unable to track each individual order.
Domestic (AUS):
All domestic parcels are shipped with Australia Post.
Free Express Shipping on all orders over $149 AUD.
International shipping:
All international parcels are shipped with DHL Express.
Free Express International shipping on all orders over $250 AUD
For orders under $250 AUD shipping price may vary depending on the weight of the shipment and country destination.

2. Returns & Refunds
Product Purchases:
We will offer an exchange or refund on any item you've purchased from Browed within 14 days from the date you received your parcel.
All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories.
Please send us a message at orders@browed.com.au if you would like to organise a return.
Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email and process a refund or store credit.
Refunds may only be processed to the payment method the original transaction was paid with.
The shipping costs associated with the return of an item are the responsibilities of the customer.
All shipping costs paid for your order are non-refundable. In the event you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Coffee brow scrub — Nikk Mole EkkoBeauty, 50ml
The unique formula of NIKK Mole Brow scrub is a blend of nourishing and exfoliating components that work together to soften, exfoliate and clarify the skin before any brow treatment!
The scrub gently removes the dead cells, clears the impurities and prepares the skin making it smooth perfect before any dye, tint or henna treatment!
Coffee grain combo starts the oxygen exchange in the cells and due to its warming effect, it stimulates hair follicles and growth of new hears and rectorate the natural density of eyebrows.
Can be easily removed with water. Doesn't leave the residue.
Shelf life 6 months from the date of opening, 3 years from the date of production. The production date is indicated on the packaging.

Sucrose, pyrus malus, vitis vinifera seed powder, glyceryl stearate, citrus limon peel oil, juniperus communis fruit oil, pelargonium graveolens flower oil, tocopherol, itronellol. limonene, cocos nucifera, simmondsia chinensis.
