Orders are packed Monday - Friday between 9am-2pm.
Any orders placed before 2pm weekday will be dispatched same day.
Once your order has been finalised you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Product Purchases:
We will offer an exchange or refund on any item you've purchased from Browed within 14 days from the date you received your parcel.
All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories.

Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email and process a refund or store credit.
Refunds may only be processed to the payment method the original transaction was paid with.
The shipping costs associated with the return of an item are the responsibilities of the customer.
All shipping costs paid for your order are non-refundable. In the event you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Step 2 is the solution used for the SECOND part of the Elan Brow Lamination System. The ideal formulation of the product ensures the maximum interaction with Step 1 providing the expected result. The pH of the solution is 2,5‒3,0.
The product doesn’t contain sodium bromate.
How Step 2 works:
- it restores disulfide bonds of the hairs and protects them from damage;
- it sets the eyebrow hair shape, restoring the natural рН of the hairs;
- it closes the hair cuticle scales, neutralizing the excess of the alkalizer;
- Step 2 is enriched with the nourishing complex based on cationic and wetting agents, which provides the conditioning effect on the hairs, adds shine and leaves the skin feeling smooth.

Instructions:
1) Analyze the eyebrow hair condition of a client
Specify the processing time of the eyebrow lamination solutions according to the instructions following below:
‐ 1-st type: the eyebrow hairs are thick, spiky, not having undergone chemical procedures earlier (the eyebrow tinting or bleaching procedures) – processing time is 12–15 minutes;
‐ 2-nd type: the eyebrow hairs are of the medium thickness, natural, healthy or having undergone chemical procedures earlier (the eyebrow tinting or bleaching procedures) – processing time is 6–12 minutes.
2) Prepare the eyebrows for the lamination procedure
1. Use «ELAN professional line Cleansing detox-mousse for eyebrows and eyelashes with antibacterial effect» for the skin and hair degreasing before the eyebrow lamination procedure.
3) Create the eyebrow shape (Step 1)
1. Apply a thin layer of the argan oil cream by TM ELAN professional line on the eyebrows and a thicker layer – on the skin around the eyebrows.
2. Apply Step 1 on the eyebrows. The processing time is 6–15 minutes.
3. Cover the eyebrow area carefully with the special plastic film to enhance the solution effect. The processing time is 3–15 minutes. When the processing time is finished, remove the film and brush the hairs carefully setting them in the right direction. Check the hair condition. Cover the eyebrow area with the film again and leave it to develop for 3–5 minutes, if needed.
NOTE! The maximum processing time should not exceed the processing time for the selected eyebrow hair type.
4. When the processing time is finished, remove the excess of the solution with a cotton pad, moistened with water.
NOTE! It is important to take into consideration the eyebrow hair growth direction when creating the eyebrow shape. The eyebrow shape changes should be smooth in order to avoid folding of the hairs.
4) Fix the eyebrow hair direction (Step 2)
1. Apply a thin layer of the argan oil cream by TM ELAN professional line on the eyebrows and a thicker layer – on the skin around the eyebrows.
2. Apply and spread Step 2 on the eyebrows setting the hairs carefully in the right direction.
NOTE! The amount of the solution used at the IV-th stage of the eyebrow lamination procedure should be equal to the amount of the solution used at the III-rd stage of creating the eyebrow shape.
3. Cover the eyebrow area carefully with the special plastic film to enhance the solution effect.
NOTE! The processing time at the IV-th stage should be equal to the processing time at the III-rd stage of creating the eyebrow shape. It is not allowed to reduce the processing time.
4. When the processing time is finished, remove the excess of the solution with a cotton pad, moistened with water.

6. Apply «ELAN professional line Cleansing detox-mousse for eyebrows and eyelashes with antibacterial effect» on the eyebrows to stop the chemical reaction. Remove foam with a cotton pad, moistened with water.
7. Use «ELAN professional line COLOUR FIX: colour fixing fluid for eyebrows and eyelashes with keratin and sunflower seed oil» for the better results, if the eyebrow tinting procedure is not planned, when the lamination procedure is finished.
8. Apply the tinting mixture immediately after using «ELAN professional line Cleansing detox-mousse for eyebrows and eyelashes with antibacterial effect», if the eyebrow tinting procedure is planned, when the lamination procedure is finished.
NOTE! It is necessary to take into consideration that the eyebrow hair colour is supposed to be brighter and appear faster on the hairs when the eyebrow tinting procedure is performed.
9. Use «ELAN professional line COLOUR FIX: colour fixing fluid for eyebrows and eyelashes with keratin and sunflower seed oil» for the better results after the eyebrow tinting procedure.
NOTE! The eyebrow shaping must be performed only when the eyebrow lamination procedure is finished. It is highly recommended to use the eyebrow tweezers in order to avoid serious skin damage.
