1. Shipping & Tracking
Orders are packed Monday - Friday between 9am-2pm.
Any orders placed before 2pm weekday will be dispatched same day.
Once your order has been finalised you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please keep up to date with your tracking number provided as once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we are unable to track each individual order.
Domestic (AUS):
All domestic parcels are shipped with Australia Post.
Free Express Shipping on all orders over $149 AUD.
International shipping:
All international parcels are shipped with DHL Express.
Free Express International shipping on all orders over $250 AUD
For orders under $250 AUD shipping price may vary depending on the weight of the shipment and country destination.

2. Returns & Refunds
Product Purchases:
We will offer an exchange or refund on any item you've purchased from Browed within 14 days from the date you received your parcel.
All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories.
Please send us a message at orders@browed.com.au if you would like to organise a return.
Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email and process a refund or store credit.
Refunds may only be processed to the payment method the original transaction was paid with.
The shipping costs associated with the return of an item are the responsibilities of the customer.
All shipping costs paid for your order are non-refundable. In the event you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Swiss Color® Areola pigments can be mixed with each other and also with the Base pigments and thus offer an extensive spectrum of different skin tones for areola pigmentation. With these natural brown, pink and red tones, you can visually adapt different skin tones and also make adjustments to unsightly skin changes, such as scars or pigmentation disorders.
Paramedical pigmentation can be used to visually improve the consequences of accidents, operations or the impairment of medical treatments in a minimally invasive way. As a further treatment, derma pigmentation adds value to the client's physical and psychological recovery.
591 Areola 1:
- 501 Areola 1 is a strong, cool red to blend in to achieve pink tones of the nipple.
- The pigment color 501 Areola 1 is mainly used for 3D effects on the nipple pure or in combination with 503 Areola 3 or 505 Areola 5.
502 Areola 2:
- Warm brick red color with yellow undertones for the nipple.
503 Areola 3:
- 503 Areola 3 is a yellow based color with a reddish brown undertone for the light areola.
504 Areola 4:
- 504 Areola 4 is a warm honey brown with yellowish undertones for a medium toned areola.
505 Areola 5:
- 505 Areola 5 is a brown cool shade with a tan undertone for the dark coloured areola.
- For Creole skin types, 505 Areola 5 is very often mixed with 503 Areola 3.
